I've never been a very active poster as you can tell by my join date and post count but I have read the majority of the topics on here so I felt like I might as well make a quitting post here. I always thought that I would never quit and there wasnt a doubt in my mind that I would make it to level 138 but over the past 2 weeks I've logged on for a total of 20 minutes just to talk to a few people. What I didn't even realize until about a month ago was that for a while now I've been forcing myself to log on to do things that I don't really care about. I realized this when I alched my SGS on accident and didn't even care that much. I'm going to miss this forum though because of all of the people that made it awesome even though the people that really come to mind left it a while ago like Lightning and a few others. I'm sure alot of people will say I'll be back and I might be but it probably won't be for a year or more as I started in 02 and this is the first time I've made a quitting post even though at one point I went on a 2 year break. And finally here it is my craptastic final stats and outfit (the rest of my bank is maybe 10m or so and isn't worth posting). One final thing I'd like to throw on is that I did auto on my first account (my name) from 69-74 mining and I did get banned which I fully deserved and fully regret, my s86 account has 0 blackmarks and autoing on him has never even crossed my mind. Found some random old pictures that I'm kind of proud of. First whip stake First big drop (I'm the one wearing the chain) and yes I split loot 9.5m ea My epic second fire cape Back to Back Bandos Hilts in Back to Back kills while someone attempted to crash us they left after the second :lol: Wow I didn't even realize how many pictures I have that I want to throw up but I'll leave it at that unless people acctualy care to see more...bye :cry: Thanks everyone that made RS/TIF such an awesome place!!!!

Yes I read what you posted and 70m will get you 99 mage easy and the reason its cheaper is because you kill them so much faster but I guess if your completly going for mage xp I dont know if its cheaper and I am aware that the runes cost more money.

You might want to check this out viewtopic.php?f=103&t=754040 Its somewhat afkable and just so you know barrage is actually cheaper than burst and 70m will definatly get you the charms for 99 sum

Seems like I always get good levels at bad times earlier I got 88 sum right as someone posted them getting 99 then I get 85 slayer right as two people post 99 lol. But yea I'm working on it could be some time before I get to post that though :(

Just gradually been slaying for several years and no I will not be stopping I will get atleast 90 for some reason I feel like im wasting time when I level melee stats any other way and I just enjoy the skill. I decided I wasnt going to camp abbys but after using 300 points cancelling everything but spiritual mages I just couldnt get a task :wall: so finally I said screw it and went to mess around there for a while. Around my 20th kill I got this and left happy when some pkers came :D I honestly have no idea why pkers even attempt to pk at slayer tower the same 2 guys have came there atleast 3 times and tried to kill me I have yet to even run out of food while they ancient me. Shortly later I got my first task and got another I considered 85 a great acheivment wasnt originally going to post it though until I got that chain and figured hell why not just through all this together and more or less have a rate my week kind of thing. I got a Kalphite task so I decided to mess around at the kq I saw someone posting for a partner and figured I'd join her. We killed one but on the second one she was forced to tele I had about 24 hp left no food but she was redbarred so I decided to gamble it. We both missed for several round in a row and my poison hit a 4 to finish her lol. Even though I just sold it for a rather weak 4.2m its still one of my favorite drops for some reason 8-)

Who cares about the # of people...its the level of difuculty/cost/time, and cook gets flamed bcuz its 350k+ xp per hour... :lol: Congrats 7/10 need to work on mine tbh :wall: To add my thoughts to the post I quoted I agree about the level of difficulty etc. but I also rate on practicality. With 99 strength he can now fight better and will use this all the time and it will probably seem worth it. But with cooking people with 99 cooking will rarely use it, get a cape that is looked down by alot of people, is very common, and I honestly wouldn't spend the time getting 99 cooking when in my opinion I could be doing something I think is more productive. Note: I am not just trying to bash cooking just posting my views on it and why even though 99 str is more common I still respect (for lack of a better word) it more than cooking and give it a decent rating.

I bursted mostly for my charms I really like slayer and wanted to get it that way but I couldnt stand waiting any more

I've wanted this for a long time just because of the fact that I love boss hunting and this is the best familiar to do it with : only 125 combat ftw!! The Dagganoth Kings are probably my favorite boss so it made sense for me to try out my brand spanking new pony there and this is what happened.... He's already paying for himself :D

It is annoying but what I used to do when I was f2p was just let them pick them up then i bought them back they're pretty cheap and it feeds my lazyness.
