Ok, I'm doing One Small Favor and I've got to Rantz, my quest log says I need to get him to stuff the mattress except there is no option for it when I talk to him and when I use the mattress on him there is no response.

 

 

 

Any help?

He is supposed to tell you to make a nearby gnome stop making so much noise before he fills it.

But he hasn't, and I have all the required skills and quests for this quest so I don't know why he isn't?
