ok i got 5m i want to spend on armour and weaps for training strength, what should i buy? looks dont matter 2 much..

Dh Plate, Verac's skirt, and for the weapon you're limiting yourself severely. There's the whip, or the SS. Everything else is obsolete, but you could use the Zerker combo (obby mace + zerker necklace). Rune defender is the best shield in the game for training.
