You need a quest :/

You need to complete swan song and for that you need 100 qp's

 

 

 

Power fishing (as above) or lobs or tuna\swords are going to be your best bet.

Due to the fact you will never get a 50\50 split of swords and tuna. Lobs are always the best bet.

You could always fly fish if you just wanted fast exp..

 

But, lobsters otherwise.
