July 12, 200917 yr I'd bet you can, but I have no first-hand experience with lava eels on bunyips. The number if runes you get back is somewhat random. From what I am reading, it is a random number selected from 1 to the amount of health the cooked fish will heal, inclusive (ref: Runescape Wiki). I.e., a shrimp heals 3 hp, so you will get 1-3 water runes. A shark heals 20, so you will get 1-20 water runes. Et cetera.
