July 14, 200916 yr Hey so today when i tried to log on it said my account was locked because they thought someone knew my password. They said i could go to recover locked account but when i did it said it wasnt working right now. Can someone please tell me what a locked account is and why i cant recover it at the moment.
July 14, 200916 yr They lock it to make sure that no one can get on it (that includes you, the owner, or any hackers that might be on it). Just be sure to get it unlocked and maybe change you passwords and recoveries on it just in case.
