sacred clay armour

Featured Replies

OK, I'm going to pitch a hypothetical.

Say I'm slaying kalphite guardians. I have my cannon, melee gear, bunyip. Can I use a sacred clay coif instead of my slayer helmet to get double range experience or will I have to use range gear to use it as a coif?

ANY peice of Sacred Clay Range gear will contribute as x2 for Range exp. Im not sure if cannon's work though since your not actully shooting yourself, rather then letting a loose peice of machine fire balls around, But I'd bring a coif as a tester. if your getting 2exp per HP with the cannon, then yes its working. If your still getting 1 exp per HP then nope.

When I was using mage brawlers, I found that SC Melee platebody gave me 8x the mage xp. I would assume that any piece of SC armor gives double xp in any combat skill. I don't know if SC works with a cannon though. If it does, then you will get 4 xp per damage instead of 2.
