OK, I'm going to pitch a hypothetical. Say I'm slaying kalphite guardians. I have my cannon, melee gear, bunyip. Can I use a sacred clay coif instead of my slayer helmet to get double range experience or will I have to use range gear to use it as a coif?

the only difference between ss and d scim/rune def combo is that ss has +2 to prayer. save yourself the hassle and use a d scim, or dharoks after 70 str.

After I unlock the knowledge of making rings of slaying, can I use the assist system to craft them as I am not high enough to craft them.

What is the "in" item to alch? Like what could I alch without losing money/too much money as in less than 100gp lost per alch (buying everything) and I know I have asked before bursting at ape atoll what is the gp:xp ratio?

Thanks. My math was wrong, since I got a much higher figure, around 950k for 100k xp, which was not a very attractive prospect.
