ok i want 70-80 mage but am unsure of what to alch. something with the least loss, and something i can buy a mass quantity of at once. any1?

Take natures and fire staff to zanaris market. Bring 5m or so too. Buy an inventory of ruby rings, alch, then buy again. Is like 5m 60-90. So very cheap to 70,
