Yes; The Lever goes From;

 

 

 

Edgeville to the Wilderness, or alternatively the Wilderness to Ardougne (It can still be used in ardougne though!)

I'm pretty sure I mentioned this in an earlier post...there is no alternate universe the player is taken to when pulling the Edgeville lever instead of Ardougne. Both levers take you to the wilderness, while the wilderness lever only takes you to Ardougne (in non-BH worlds). The TT clue is included in that...it works, because I've done it for that clue.
