July 25, 200916 yr The summoning guide on tip.it mentions this somewhere. It's something like you have to be 4 levels above the pouch in question so that it can be traded. July 25, 200916 yr Its a sliding scale. 90s: Need level to make the pouch + 1 to trade in. So for a Pack Yak you need 97 to trade.
