Relatively Simple Pixel Avatar Request

Hi, I am in need of a new avatar similar to this avatar below. I am hoping to get someone who has experience in pixel artwork.

 

 

What I am looking for is something exactly like this where the individual is shooting directly at the image but with a darkbow and full ahrims with hood up and short black hair. Forest would be a nice touch for the background to break up the red and black that can be exactly the same as the one shown so no editing is required. I guess a good idea is to trace over this avatar so most of it could be simply a matter of changing colors.
