I was told f2pers can't change their display name. If I am a member with a display name and I become a nonmember, do I lose that display name?

Would a mod please lock this topic. :)

Tri that was wicked good. It's very similar to the winner and definitely just as witty so I guess they just had to choose one. Yours definitely had the potential to win in my opinion. In fact, I like it better than the winner. Here's mine. Like my machinima, my humor isn't exactly wholesome humor. They said we could use stick figures after I submitted mine so that might have put me behind every last comic strip on that alone, althought they said it did have to do with creativity. Let me know what you think.

That's what I should've said son. I was thinking just the statuets. Food is not nearly as important, and I don't know about armor. Maybe it should be done in multicombat only too. I mean really though, wouldn't you guys rather have clans make the money they earn by killing someone rather than someone taking advantage of a vulnerable person. You can't have both, so why not support clans rather than an uneven fight. Also, miners and woodcutters don't like banking, but we are comparing apples and oranges, not apples and apples. The two are very different. Miners and woodcutters don't get pked besides pk worlds which 95%+ don't use. Also, miners and woodcutters have much closer banks than the huge wildy expanse. Finally, this is about achieving what the players deserves. Miners and woodcutters deserve the supplies they bank, and I think a pker, maybe not in single, but especially in multicombat deserves the statuets as much as the skillers do without banking. Pk loot does increase if items aren't picked up as mentioned so if nothing else there is that. :) Btw thx for the civil discussion. Two people yelled at me who clearly spend to much time on the computer when I suggested it on the RS forums.

Man I'm surprised no one agrees. Clans lose millions every weekend. This stops that at the expense of not taking advantage of pkers that just killed someone. They could bank their kills but they never do, so I thought this would be a better solution. It's not laziness. Instead of banking they'll be fighting so they're doing something. As for it being a bland and stale pking environment, you will see more people pking in the wild if its not practically a sure thing to lose millions of gp, so although you may not like the strategy, financially this would be a huge improvement.

Sounds like you like to take advantage of someone who is vulnerable. I don't like the thought of this and think that most would agree with me, or at least in multi-combat. It's a trade off. I think clans actually making money instead of losing millions is better than taking advantage of a vulnerable person for higher loot. You can't have both and I think it would be better.

I think it would be best if PK Loot becomes automatically banked. Pkers don't like the banking process of pking, so why not take it out. Its such a nuisance multi combat pkers neglect to do it all together because if they do, they leave their clan more vulnerable for obvious reaosns, and victory comes at a price of millions from their bank account. With loot automatically banked, players can simply battle rather than take part in the boring tedious banking or neglecting to do it all together. Also clans achieving victory can actually make some money while they're at it. The best part is there really isn't substantially bad other effects of this change. Players who like to kill the players that just defeat another player won't recieve as much loot, but it is a dishonorable practice to take someone out after they achieve victory and are vulnerable anyway. They will still recieve loot for the 75k they are wearing. How players can automatically bank loot without going over I leave to Jagex' discretion to figure out. Tell me if you support or not and an explanation why please and thanks for reading.

Looks like we could all use a little clarification on this. I am definitely getting the arcane necklace but also want to get augury if it's useful. I'm thinking whatever prayer book you use might be the most beneficial depending on style. Do you want your power now with no increase later, or do you want your power later with eventual greater increase than augury prayer. I would think that since most people target mages, it might be best to have your power now. Then again, depending on how much time you have to wait, it might be beneficial to get your power later with spells from the other spellbook. Thanks everyone for helping and Alex especially for helping the most.

Is Augury worth it for Mages, or does the other prayer book provide prayers that are better? Help is appreciated. Thanks. EDIT: I'm only care bout when it comes to clan warring.

My new job

The gatestone home tele is a great trick. It's like the home room is always the room right next to wherever you are. Just drop a gatestone wherever you are, home tele, do whatever you need to do, and gatestone tele back to where you were. It's especially useful where your team gets a room that takes a bit of work. You can use this down time while your buddies take care of business to make runes, craft/smith armor, or a personal favorite strategy of mine, collect salve eels and drop at home. Of the many uses a gatestone can be used for with teleing out of the boss room debatable, this could surely be considered the absolute best.

Let's say I'm trying to hit through 99 def full rune. Which one would I want? I would think the maple longbow sighted.

I'm only going to clan pk with it, so expenses aside, which is the stronger bow?

Game suddenly froze on me and it never freezes. Then I could log in moments later. Maybe I have the same problem.
