Mega Runecrafting Guide 4 this has a section devoted to using the ZMI. you want to use light weight gear with good defenses. You can also use prayer to help as there is an altar nearby to pray. I had an excess amount of fire runes so i just used the banker. If you have a lot of low level runes i would do it as it makes it go much faster then banking on Lunar Island.
