August 3, 200916 yr The fastest way to level rc is to get the highest level familiar to carry the most items, i.e. terror bird, war tortoise, etc. then go buy the highest level tallys you can afford (I found the chaos best price/per) and same amount of tiaras. If you have played to like playing GOP (great orb project) use rewards for altar tele to make your tiaras or use the abyss.
