August 2, 200916 yr I'm currently in the tunnel between Relekka and Keldagrim. I was wondering, can i get to the Keldagrim bank for free? I thought you needed to pay for a boat but i'm not sure. Or is it just easier to use the Seer's Village bank and walk back. Thanks!
