August 3, 200916 yr Not sure if it is a bug, but it's best to report just in case. So I was preparing my maple saplings, putting the seed in every pot. Then I simply used my watering can on the last one in the inventory (and automatically it will water the first unwatered one in the inventory, until you've watered them all). So after I watered all five, I suddenly got the saplings at once, I didn't have to wait at all (usually it takes 2-5 minutes or so I think). Normal or bug? August 3, 200916 yr Probably was time for a cycle. Three months banishment to 9gag is something i would never wish upon anybody, not even my worst enemy.
August 4, 200916 yr Farming operates on "ticks". 1 tick is approximately every 5 minutes. Every single tick, all of your patches are updated, and all of your saplings are also updated. So every tick, your plants can get diseased. Every tick, your saplings can grow. Every tick, your herbs will grow a little, etc, etc. This is a handy thing to know since you can trim 5 minutes off the growing time for your plants. If you plant something right before a tick, once the tick elapses, the plant grows for 5 minutes, even if it was just planted. I believe you can find out what tick it is in the clock in your PoH. Is says stuff like, "it is 5 to Rune". That means that it is 1 tick away from being at "Rune" (imaginary hour). So once it changes from "5 to Rune" to "Rune", you know that 1 tick has elapsed. ~It's Super Effective!
