does the enhanced excalaber spec. boost ur def the same as super def pot or is it less/more?

So it boost to 113 instead of super def pot of 118

The spec gives less defence boost, but it heals HP, about 20 HP, or can be less if you reach your max too soon (Using spec at 60/70 HP, would only heal 10, cause your max is 70)
