Payment, which country to select?

I am currently staying in Norway for a 6 month student exchange programme. I would like to renew my membership from here by making a banktransfer. My account is a Belgian account, but I will go to a bank here in Norway to make the transaction.

 

 

 

Now, I have some questions:

 

1) Which country should I select? I am doing the payment in a Norwegian bank, but my bank account is made in Belgium. (I would prefer Norway since the fee is lower here).

 

2) Do I have to pay any additonal fees because I am doing the transfer in a Norwegian bank?

 

3) It says, "no cross border wire transactions", or somethign. Does this mean I cant pay through bank transfer from here in Norway?
