I just got the ability to use Fairy Rings. I was wondering what the combos to places like Canifis and near the Slayer Cave are, so is there some kind of list of the combos and what place they take you? Thanks!

I just went ahead and teleported to every possible location. That way the codes are all stored in game for you. Whenever you use the rings, a list pops up showing the codes for all the places you've previously gone to.
