[REQ] Design A YouTube Signature

I've decided to post this here at Tip.It as well as I know there is some graphical talent around the forums.

It's about time the YouTube signatures got a bit of a change-around, for a start, some people don't even know what the icons mean.

Here's our current design for the YouTube signatures:

I'd like this totally changing, this can be just the backgrounds or just the icons or both, decide in your head what you'd like to see, would you prefer it smaller? (height only) width must be the same (320px) you can also use a better YouTube logo and blend it in better as I'm thinking there will be no option to choose poses for the YouTube signatures.
