i've been seeing really cool siggys but i'm not good at making them and i can't seem to get the programs to do it.

 

i really want one but i'm not gonna pay for it.

 

So if you could make me a siggy for free pm me and i'll tell you what i want it to look like.

You could try the Gallery forum, people have shops set up where you give a description of what you want and they will make something.
