The trees in the back look weird. Just how the branches are.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also how the characters are positioned looks weird too. The mage, going by where his hand is pointed to, is meant to be behind the rune guy. But because the mage guy is the same size (remember the further away something the smaller it is), it looks like he is standing next to the rune guy.

nice next-time try little details like in his hand make it clawed and the vines coming out of his hand wrapping around the guy
