Naive
So I've been wondering, school's starting soon, and so a lot of people will stop playing Runescape. This will probably make prices on alot of things drop, right? So I'm wondering whether I should liquidate my armor and stuff, then buy back when the prices have dropped. Should I? Noobs4life2
I don't think people would stop playing Runescape. I think they will play less because of school, not stop playing it. As for your armor and stuff, you'll never know, the prices may go up even when people are at school. So do whatever you want, it's your items not any body elses. But if I were you I'd keep might items. Money isn't everything. VoxZero
I doubt enough players will quit to change prices drastically enough to liquidate your equipment. Judobreaker
Yes, prices might drop, but not because of people quitting for school, but because of people that are afraid prices may drop because people quit for school. A lot of people are expecting a crash of items because of school starting again, and therefore they will quickly sell their items before the crash thus trying to make some money. They have however not realized that they are making the crash happen themselves because the supply of items rises with them selling it. I think that if nobody ever thought about this topic there would not be any noticeable crash at all, but now that half of Runescape is afraid it will happen it might actually happen... :P My guide: Ring of Wealth explained 8 Dragon Boots (885 kills, 1/111, with RoW)

People get worried that it will happen, but in the end they are causing it #-o I'd keep hold of your items. The prices won't dramatically crash, so just keep your items :)
