I quit playing around the time PK servers came out. Now I'm thinking of starting to play again and would like to get a quick update as to what major changes have been introduced.

 

 

 

How did the PK servers affect gameplay and economy? Are there any new worthwile minigames or (slayer) monsters? Any new treasure trail rewards? Any significant price evolution? New skills or areas? Must-do quests? Weapons/armor? New rules (like the trade limit)?

 

 

 

Some more specific points of interest of mine: How much are whips these days? Is farming ranarrs still good profit? Is RC still good profit?

 

 

 

I realize I could find this all out from the tip.it guides and databases, and that's what I've usually done when coming back to the game after a break. I will delve deep into the site later when I have more time but it's really hard to discover all the new things when I have no idea what to look for and really easy to miss something. Like last time I came back it took me close to three weeks to figure out there was a trade limit and that summoning was actually not useless. I don't need every question answered, just what you think has really changed or upgraded since whenever-it-was-that-PK-servers-came-out.

(Pk servers) So you mean BH servers? SO thats like what, 4 months or so?

 

It would help in saying. if it's 4 months, There is 1 new slayer monster that drops and Ammy of ranging, that is falling rapidly(don't buy) Pk servers still have inflation from 76king it seems, a bit.

 

7king is getting 100% eo in a Pk world, and finding someone else who is willing to let you kill them. They have 100% ep and 76k also. This can result is HUGE profits. (I tried this once for the hell of it, 10m profit :/ ) But it's REALLY risky now with changes, if you die you now lose 20% ep, if you tele you lose 20% ep, a bunch of stuff.

 

 

 

Bacically pk servers pushed EVERYTHING up in price.

 

 

 

WHips are 2.6-2.7M, because of above stated.

Edit-Not many new quests either. Though if you care, I got my quest cape 1 week ago :thumbsup:

I don't even know what BH servers are. I think I left more than 4 months ago.

 

 

 

I also did not understand anything you said about that PK server thing and x% ep and 76k and huge profits.

Yes I've been doing that and actually just found out they finally did what I always said would be a better update than all others combined; the route-finding update. I really hope it works and I'm now off to pay for my membership.

It's also not worth purchasing if armour stats matter to you. Just to warn you. :

 

Dragon claws also came out with the platebody. They're only useful for the special attack.
