August 16, 200916 yr You can but it will require you to run up and charge your prayer way faster if your saying you want to do both at once. If you can use piety or atleast chivalry you should because it gives more xp per hour. August 16, 200916 yr If it's your defense you are worried about and are afraid you will be hit too hard, you can pray melee/range every once in a while. The best XP per hour would be with piety.
