August 20, 200916 yr I'm planning on training str (and later attk) at bandits. I need to know: what setup should i use for partial afking? I'm finishing summer reading and want to be able to somewhat leave my character alone, but i will be sitting right at the computer all the time. I have 10m to spend, but i want to retain as much of it as possible in resale value, if at all possible. I was thinking either full guthans with all the accesories, or a SS and non-degrading armor, like a rune plate and d skirt with food. My levels are 75 attk, 74 str, 74 def, and 76 hp. August 20, 200916 yr Bandits are hardly worth it anymore because they are almost always crowded, even on foreign worlds. Even if you do manage to get a spot for yourself, someone will almost always crash plus you'll get hit a lot with your stats. Disregard females. Acquire currency.

August 20, 200916 yr mmm alright, what about spiders in stronghold of security? i really need an aggresive monster so i can read at the same time... *edit* typos ftl... giant spiders hit too often to really be effective unless you're willing to spend a ton on food and repair barrows. I'm currently training there right now with my tank who has 98 def but even he gets hit often. I'd suggest the flesh crawlers for aggresiveness and ranarr drops but if you do decide to do giants anyways, do them on a pvp world because 99% of the pvm worlds are crowded. Disregard females. August 20, 200916 yr alright, whats the exp/hr with crawlers? i honestly have no idea, i dont keep track of xp per hour while afking but i also have another good alternative for guthans. The skeletons in the chaos tunnels near the gargoyles are agro and all you have to do is run to the other side of cave to make agro again. The salve(e) is recommended plus emergency food but other than that they drop good charms and alchables. No clue on xp per hour on these also but make for good 'afking' Disregard females. August 20, 200916 yr ooh alright, but i dont have salve, would fury make much of a difference? A salve, much preferably a salve (e), is a necessary piece of equipment for melee on undeads. I suggest doing the quests as it will be good to have for future uses Disregard females. Acquire currency.
