North of the entrance to the Ardougne Teleport House area (Deserted Keep) in level 55 Members Wilderness. Dig a little to the Northeast of the cobweb. Remember to bring a knife to cut the cobwebs at the entrance. Zamorak Mage will attack. Picture

 

It should instead say weapon that slashes, since I did in fact use an Abyssal whip to break the web.
