Okay, I just tried Soul Wars for the first time today, so I have some newbie questions.

 

 

 

QUESTION 1:

 

On the tip.it guide, it says "Your enemies, however, may bury the bones of their counterparts. Each time this is done, their team's Avatar has a chance of going up in Slayer requirement. This has to be done in a Graveyard controlled by their team, and doing so will also restore a large chunk of prayer."

 

 

 

It's seems a little vague. So can someone explain HOW you make your team's avatar rise in level?

 

 

 

Am I understanding it right? Kill the other team, collect their bones and come back to your graveyard and bury the bones?

 

 

 

QUESTION 2:

 

Regarding rewards, does anyone use the zeal for charms? It seems like a good deal, but I'm guessing waterfiends or even dust devils would be better for charms than the zeal used in SW? I'm conflicted whether to use it on attack/str xp or charms...

1. Bury any bones from SW in your team's graveyard.

 

2. NONONONONO SW CHARMS SUCK

Absolutely terrible way for charms, you'd get under 3 charms per hour, I believe.

Think of the slayer requirement for your avatar as your avatar's "defense" level. An enemy who wants to attack your avatar has to have enough of a slayer level to beat the "defense" level. By burying bones (any type will do) in your team's graveyard, you increase your avatar's "defense" level.

 

 

 

Don't get the charms reward. You can get faster charms doing just about anything else.

Thanks.. yeah I just looked at the charms/zeal and it is a complete rip off.. Thought it would be better.
