August 27, 200916 yr Hey Tip.it, have a small technical question. Here's the problem- I have a friend who's boss is being absolutely psychotic and trying to get her fired. She was given a copy of her job description, which happened to be a new version that she had never seen before. The document (a printed copy) said in the right hand corner that it was "Updated October 27 2008". We suspect that her boss rewrote the job description very, very recently- sometime in August of this year, in order to make it seem like she is suddenly not doing her job. Is it possible to dig back into a Word document and trace the revision history, i.e. be able to find "previous" copies of a document (along with dates of revision), or are only the most recent changes saved? I've been looking around online but can't seem to find any answers- any help will be appreciated. Thanks
August 27, 200916 yr I do not know any way, unless you have access to the computer the file was most likely created.
