Planting ranarrs (snaps are better, but costs too much for me atm), marigolds and harvesting my pre-existing trees/bushes I can get about 250k pure profit in 5 to 8 minutes. Theres non-skill related things like tanning hides, mort myre fungi, raw bird meat (you'll need a lot of junk, but its possible to trade 1m of junk for gp in less then 1 hour).
