well i posted this on rsof waiting for a mod to post but this is what im wondering

 

 

 

1. I was gaining EP with a magpie making me jewelry. (level 112)

 

 

 

2. i get assigned (level 112+8) rusher who won't fight.

 

 

 

3. i dismis familiar and log out. (level 112)

 

 

 

4. i log in level 105+7 and go to level 1 wilderness

 

 

 

5. he (112+8) attacks me (105+7).

I dont think he can repeat this unless he met another wierd target like you.

 

Just dont go to BH world when you are gaining ep with a familiar... EP means nothing in a BH world anyway.

i'm gaining it in a bh world so maxed melees can't rush me in hotspots. i don't care if it happens i can just change world but i just wanna know if its against rules.

I dont understand the question , you = 105+10% range = 94 - 115.5

 

He is lv 112, of cause he can attack you.

bh world level 1 wildy. and pvp world my rang is 90-122

Oh, I get it, you're saying that he (112) attacked you (105) in lvl one wildy. Hmmm, even if you were his target, I don't think he'd be able to attack you anywhere he wants, but I'm too sure about that since all the targets I've ever had are +/- 1 from my level.

 

 

 

If they can attack you where ever, then it's not bug abuse, but if they can't, then I'm pretty sure you can report him.
