I don't know what the xp/h is though. I was going to say superheat as well but after awhile you may feel like it's alching. You could always train mage through combat or slayer dart. I heard dagnoth kings are fun to slayer dart and you gain money with good drops but it's kinda confusing to teach u how so read a guide Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It's somewhat expensive if you use blast spells or slayer dart (unless you get a couple lucky dragon drops, or a visage), but it's not too bad if you use fire bolt + chaos gauntlets. In any case, it's a lot more fun since you're actually actively doing something, and you have the chance of good drops.
