Well I'm 75 fishing atm and I wanted to get 80 as soon as possible. What is the fastest way to gain fishing exp?

Here is the best fishing xp in order from what i know and have heard. (I do not have experience rates sorry.)

 

 

 

1. Barbarian Fishing (By Otto's Grotto)

 

2. Fly Fishing in Shilo Village

 

3. Monkfish (After swan song, in piscatoris fishing colony)

Heavy Rod is the best, as you get Fishing, agility, strength and cooking exp (cooking exp only if you use a knife with your catches)

On my way to 99 fishing I did this and recieved some really good exp, however (at time of fishing - i believe it's been changed a little) it was very tedious whereas Shilo was only 5k fishing exp (ignoring str, agility and cooking exp) less than Heavy Rod.

Heavy rod is a lot easier now =o I was able to get up to 55k+ exp/hour without a familiar. It's defenately the way to go ;D
