Aslan
I'm thinking of slaying 99 melees and i did some calcs.I'd appreciate if you could check them, see if they're ok. 13M-7.6M->5.4M XP needed for 99 attack. 13M-8.1M->4.9M XP needed for 99 strength. 13M-7.6M->5.4M XP needed for 99 def. Totalled up it's 15.7M xp. 15.7/4->3.925 hits->3.925 slayer xp. From what I've heard slayer and summoning xp are in 1:1 ratio, which means I should get 3.926M summoning xp also. Is there anything I did wrong? Before I forget, do I get any combat xp for the damage my familiar causes? Thanks for the help.
Kidd_Varrow
Your calculations look correct. I've heard the ratio of summoning exp to slayer exp is about 0.8/1, but don't quote me on that. And yes, you do get exp for damage your familiar does. You will get exp in attack, strength, defense, controlled, ranged, or magic depending on which familiar you use. shawn3090
Don't forget: NPCs heal at a rate of 1hp/min. That means you will get slightly more melee exp per task than 4x your slayer xp. Over the course of slaying 99 melees, you may get considerably less slayer xp, especially if you have frequent dragon tasks. [hide=Stats][/hide]"One death is a tragedy.
