The_Fray
The only thing he needs to do is manage his money better, it seems he has spent a lot of his money on skills like herblore, summoning, prayer... Although his bank isnt that great, his stats more than make up for it.

Obtaurian
I have money but I choose to use the cheaper armours and not buy stuff just because its more popular. People don't buy Bandos because its more "popular" they buy and use it because it is more effective. Thus netting more exp/hour and having more time to do other things with your life. ------- OT: 94 Slayer, way better than what I have. Keep it up and good luck with future levels and goals. 7/10. Keep going. : wrong, more xp/hr doesnt mean more/other things to do with your life ;) 94/99 just to give you a reason to go for 99 :P Says the guy with the low total level. To put it bluntly, [bleep] off. Low C
I know a lot of people who do not use flashy and expensive armours to train. I've met quite a few people who only use procelete and dragon on slayer tasks. They are 99 slayer+ and seem to get on with it fine so I don't know why people can't train with their own methods. I choose to not wear that kind of stuff and I believe the thread creator gets along fine also. I have money but I choose to use the cheaper armours and not buy stuff just because its more popular. PROTIP: Most decent Slayers wear Proselyte on a few tasks. I'll reiterate what another poster said: They aren't flashy and expensive for the purpose of being flashy and expensive. They're better and more effective, which is why people use them. You may not mind getting severely reduced Slayer experience due to your crappy armor, but most Slayers would disagree. I like not having to eat every two seconds, which is why I use Barrows. To put it bluntly, [bleep] off.

Maybe your trying to make yourself believe that barrows is the only way to go? Whatever you're doing it sure as hell don't do no good here, so get out. I don't care what he wears, just that he's making stupid excuses to make himself feel better. None of what I said is directed towards the topic creator, by the way. I know that Barrows isn't the only way to go. I just can't afford Bandos yet. ;) (Or piety'ing on every task with Proselyte.) To put it bluntly, [bleep] off.
