MstrMonopoly
I want to get to 50 Runecrafting as I'll be going F2P for a week in a bit and want to play GOP for some money. How much faster is the ZMI Altar than single nature crafting and what's the gp/hour of each (for opportunity cost). Thanks a lot. I piety the fool. ultimatballr
At 44 RC'ing you would be paying for exp with ZMI not gaining a profit like you would single nat crafting. If I were you, I would stick with single nat crafting up to 59 then do double cosmics. Seeing as you are going up to 50 though, just go with single nat crafting. It shouldn't take more than a few days. I do not know the exp/hour difference on the 2 at such low levels though. [hide=]At 44 runecrafting I suggest you get 57 summoning so you can use a Spirit Graahk to craft nature runes. Also, you should complete the Mage of Zamorak minigame so you access the abyss. Search in the knowledge base if you would like more detail on the basics of the abyss and on how to complete the minigame. After unlocking the abyss, you should get all the runecrafting pouches. There are many ways to get pouches and this guide will not go into too much detail since if you should only have to get them one time. But generally a good way to get them is either to melee the leeches, or cannon leeches while meleeing guardians. And yes- you can get all the pouches at any runecrafting level. You'll need about 400k cash to buy the basic runecrafting supplies- 5 amulets of glory, 20 rings of dueling, 1000 pure ess, a few cheap food such as trout or wines, 25 super energy potions, and a few games necklaces. If you want to seriously runecraft you'll obviously need much more, but this is just a start. From 44 to 50 runecrafting, craft nats with with a small and medium pouch, and use the Spirit Graahk method. Of course, you could use the abyss if you don't want to get 57 summoning at this point, but it's a bit slower, and eventually you'll want to get 57+ summoning anyway. [/hide] I usually quote Zarfot when it comes to RC'ing as no one has shown as many calculations than him. Apparently, my signature was to big. Zaaps1
Although if you were really short on time, ZMI would be the best option (you don't have the mage level for smoke/steams). ~It's Super Effective!
