September 16, 200916 yr I need to level up these skills and I don't give a toss on price, what are the fastest methods? 63 Farming (60 atm) 69 Smithing (63 atm) 66 Thieving (63 atm) 66 Crafting (62 atm) I'm doing PP for Thieving but if you know a faster way, do tell. Thanks. Popoto.~<3
September 16, 200916 yr http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Quest_cape It states you can pot to the thieving requirement. Farming - maple trees, papaya (harvest and sell the fruit to recoup some of the money) and white berries Smithing - SC hammers and mith plates would be fast Crafting - green dhide and battle staffs on the side [hide=Drops]Dragon Axe x11Berserker Ring x9Warrior Ring x8SeercullDragon MedDragon Boots x4 - all less then 30 kcGodsword Shard (bandos)Granite Maul x 3Solo only - doesn't include barrows[/hide][hide=Stats][/hide]
September 16, 200916 yr Author ...What the point of making mith plates ... I'm level 63 not 68 :| anything else that I CAN make in Smithing? :| Popoto.~<3
September 16, 200916 yr ...What the point of making mith plates ... I'm level 63 not 68 :| anything else that I CAN make in Smithing? :| :wall: :wall: :wall: I just realized (thought they were 58 for some reason). Bolts, arrowheads and knives will cut the loss, but there a lot slower. Just make the best you can and atm stay away from steel as the bars look like there being merched (they were nearly 1k last time I checked). [hide=Drops]Dragon Axe x11Berserker Ring x9Warrior Ring x8SeercullDragon MedDragon Boots x4 - all less then 30 kcGodsword Shard (bandos)Granite Maul x 3Solo only - doesn't include barrows[/hide][hide=Stats][/hide]
September 16, 200916 yr Did some calcs below, fixed the farming. See for more info. 63 Farming (60 atm) - FIXED BELOW 69 Smithing (63 atm) - Either gold bars or steel plates. Someone has previously said that steel bars are on the rise (possibly being merchanted) but if you could care less about the price I believe they would be the absolute fastest method to 69. Switching to Miths at 68 if you really want to power it out. Another, slower, way is Iron knives. I do not know the exact exp/hour but it is definitely better than Cannonball smithing. (which most everything is in terms of exp/hour) *If you bought all the supplies, you could probably finish this in a day with Plates or 2 days with knives* 66 Thieving (63 atm) - PP is the method I use, I went from 65-70 in a little over a day. You could also try Blackjacking, but I am not sure as to how fast that would be at 63 thieving. Most agree that it is the fastest exp/hour until level 91 though. *Again, should take a day at most.* 66 Crafting (62 atm) - Just do Green Chaps or vamps until 63 then Bodies to 66. That is as simple as that. *If you buy tanned hides its easily a couple hours work, untanned hides would require you to tan them yourself which could take a little over a day to complete your goal. (With tanning + crafting on the way back.)* That's the best I could think of, and I like to believe I am relatively knowledgeable when it comes to these things. (But then again who doesn't  ) [hide=A Few Calcs I did.. nothing huge]Farming: It turns out that the huge exp difference from Willow (what I use) to Yew trees actually makes this possible to be done in 1 day without the herb runs assuming you can use all 5 Regular and Fruit tree patches. 2 Yew tree runs in that day = 10 trees planted and checked = 364,166 total farming exp (71,455 exp gained) 1 Papaya tree run in that day = 5 trees planted and checked + 25 papaya fruits picked (5 per tree) = 395,886 total farming exp (31,770 exp gained)[/hide] Apparently, my signature was to big.
