SacredFlam3s
How come almost every good combat item is rising. For example, i want to buy a zammy spear, but i can't because its doubled its prive in the last 90 days. Could someone tell me why this is, or if/when it will fall? Thanks, Sailor89 DK's Drops: 7 Berserker Rings, 2 Warrior Ring, 1 Archers Ring, 7 Dragon Hatchet, 1 Seercull, 3 Elite Clue - All SoloGWD Drops (CS): 1 Bandos Chestplate, 2 Armadyl Hilt, 1 Armadyl ChestplateSlayer:1 D skirt, 2 Whip, 12 G Mauls, 2 Dragon Boots
intervention
I would say the reason everything is rising is because for a long time everything was cheap so it is just balancing itself out. No one knows when it will fall or come back down again, that would be predicting the future.
SacredFlam3s
ok thanks, its just that its making it really hard to do slayer, as i have to keep borrowing my friends sgs for waterfiends, which i seem to be getting alot of. transcript80
Just buy the spear before you start a task, re-sell when you are done, if you 're so afraid to loose a couple of gp. I never stay on track of how many gp I "lost" from my items falling in value. I think it depresses me. I just buy equipment when I need it or can afford it. If I don't have a use for it anymore, I sell it. In the time I used it, I probably covered up for the loss (example: Guthan's set). Other data was removed when acoount got hacked... ultimatballr
Just buy the spear and not see it as an investment of money into your future. Accept the loss, don't sell the item back, and then in the future you have no worries should you ever need the item again. Apparently, my signature was to big.
