September 16, 200916 yr A few years back, before i had a debit card, i used to use my mobile phone all the time for membership. I never really established if it cost any more than using a land line, but it should still work.

I've no idea if you can actually phone them up and talk like that, best bet would be to try it out. If it doesn't work, you'll only get a message saying something like 'unable to connect your call' which shouldn't cost you anything.
