Guthorm
Hey guys, I submitted an account recovery request a few days ago and today when I checked the "track recovery" page it says that the request is accepted and my account is unlocked. But then, now what? How do I log in my account and change the password/recovery questions? Somebody please help me? Thank you. PS: This is the message that I received. Appeal Status: Accepted and Unlocked Congratulations! Your appeal has been accepted and you’re nearly ready to get back in game. To ensure you account remains super-secure, we have reset your password and recovery questions. You can do your bit too: by reading the 'Safety & Security Guidelines' and by setting new recovery answers, you can get back in game quickly and safely. I bet you can’t wait! NotoriousPSC
Did you pick a new password when trying to change it? That's what I did when I forgot mine the day after I changed my password at 3 AM. "I am interested in anything about revolt, disorder, chaos-especially activity that seems to have no meaning"- Jim Morrison
Danqazmlp
You will have picked a new password when you sent the original recover. You need to log into the account management area, you can change things there. Want to be my friend?
