Sargas
Granite is fast exp but I was wondering if anyone can account for the Concentrated coal/gold and how it is on exp per hr? Also where is the fastest place to mine addy?
Lady_Shahdie
Well I average up to 40k an hour (I have heard of higher numbers being reported but I'm not quite sure they are accurate) with concentrated gold however, I am 99 mining, so take that into account. Its a huge hit from granite but the profit/crafting/smithing material you get out of it makes up for it...and not to mention your fingers will get a rest :P. I was never much into adamant mining myself (I like my rune lovelies he he), but apparently the new Keldagrim mine may be a nice option according to my fellow mining friends. It has Forgiveness of a Chaos Dwarf as a quest requirement though. I'm also slightly concerned that competition may be present there, guess you got to find out for yourself :/... ~Retired 13-July-2010~Thanks for the great memories folks :). Zaaps1
I was averaging 40-45k xp/hr at concentrated gold + 300k-350k profit per hour. This makes concentrated gold better than granite if you make more than 1.2m per hour (if you do not employ any fast-dropping techniques) and 800k (if you do). ~It's Super Effective! mrpadre
My friend got 57k exp per hour there. I think he was somewhere around 96 mining. He said that it was really unreliable, meaning exp rates will vary a lot, depending if you're lucky about when they collapse.
