Contact Boss setup

Well seeing as i finally am going to finish contact i need a setup for the boss as i've heard its weak to earth spells so i was thinking about using earth wave against it. I was just wondering what inventory and armor i should use. Also if u know a better strategy other than earth wave please feel free to say it :thumbsup:

I don't remember it being difficult at all. I killed it with melee. The problem with using magic is that you'll have really bad defense. Just take a super set, rune armor, a whip and a defender, and piety it to death.

I used melee armour (barrows), SGS (I'd just brought it about a week before so wanted to test it out) and the normal melee/range gear.

Pray magic and spec using either DDS or D mace (I seemed to hit less 0's using crush on SGS).

 

Just keep attacking it and eat when you need to.

 

I used 3 or 4 sharks and a super set (if it does hit it tends to hit 20's) on the fight the getting there took a few sharks more though.

i did it recently

 

i used flames of zamorak as my weapon and i wore magic accuracy increase

i prayed for melee until the ranger came then i prayed range

i lured the boss to the small part where u enter so he got stuck behind the corpse the mage spawned behind him and couldnt reach me =), dno if its always like that tough

 

my inventory were some pray pots and monkfishes and i think i had an antipot aswell

its pretty easy fight but i suggest 1 clicktele caus if u get nuked a few times after each other it can get hot, and dont expect to get back within 5 minutes ;)
