AMAZING F2P Melee Training - Unlimited Prayer!

Featured Replies

Hi,

i made this guide quite a long time ago. Just found a screenshot of the whole thing in my Pictures folder :D

Pros:

-Unlimited prayer (right next to an altar), this means you will hit more often and harder without taking damage (when 43+ prayer).

-If you have a bit of money to spare, you can use strength potions and be max hitting while training but still being able to train for hours upon end.

-Incase of any emergencies (for all of you low levels/pures out there), there is a safespot one click away from the enemies.

-This training spot is almost always deserted. I have never seen another player there.

Cons:

-Slightly remote location, not too much of a problem, but can be tedious to get there at times.

-Requires bronze med helm and an iron chain body to access. Once again, not too much of a problem, but if they don't buy it can become an annoyance.

Sorry about it being an image :) Enjoy.

I can't see the image. Is it the Black Knight's Fortress that you are talking about?

It is.

It's a good method, but only for lower levels. Simple truth is that higher levels will simply kill them too fast, even on world 1. Plus, flesh crawlers are better anyway.

EDIT: Did you really get 47k? I doubt that a little, especially since I get no where near that at 99/99.

A nice guide indeed. I'm sure this will be useful for lower level F2Ps.

Thank you for uploading it here :)

I see.

In that case, then training on Black Knights is not that great, considering the fact that there are monsters with better exp (flesh crawlers), and better drops (cockroach workers/soldiers). Hell, I can even say that your method is not worth doing, because training on Ice Giants and Ice Warriors can also get you to an altar outside the dungeon if you need to recharge prayer.

By the way, if you really need to conserve prayer, use pray flashing. It's more difficult now since the new engine, but it is still doable.

Sonic, what you are missing is that the altar is literally 5 steps away from the location he is suggesting.

Also, he is suggesting to use 3 prayers, which makes it tricky to flash. Although to be fair, higher levels won't need to melee prayer.

Great. My knowledge of the Black Knight's Fortress has decreased so much that I forgot about the closeness of the altar. :wall:

In that case, then that spot is only useful if you use prayer very often. I think this explains the 47k exp per hour there. If you do not use prayers at all, then that spot is obsolete.
