How much xp an hour is it? I will be using the edgeville furnace if the xp is good enough. And you don't need varrock armour 3 right? Varrrock Armour 1 will work?

DK's Drops: 7 Berserker Rings, 2 Warrior Ring, 1 Archers Ring, 7 Dragon Hatchet, 1 Seercull, 3 Elite Clue - All Solo

GWD Drops (CS): 1 Bandos Chestplate, 2 Armadyl Hilt, 1 Armadyl Chestplate

Slayer:1 D skirt, 2 Whip, 12 G Mauls, 2 Dragon Boots

To access the furnace, you only need lvl 1 armour. As for the fatser smelting (2 ores into bars at once), I'm not sure.

Not sure on the xp/hour, but I think Varrock Armour 1 only smelts up to steel bars two at a time, so I'm guessing you'd need the level 2 Armour for gold.

I'm smelting 30k more gold bars myself, and while I never tested the xp/hour, I've been pretty happy with the speed. Make sure to get goldsmithing gauntlets, of course.
