In the guide (Here: http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=73) it tells you the following -

 

4- After this go down the well in the next room, run on and go into the first cell on your left. Use your spade on the mud or just left click spade when standing in front of it. Continue on your way and you will find a ledge. Balance on it and then continue past some zombies. After these you'll find 3 paladins, ignore all these creatures and just run on until you find a large door, go through it.

 

This isn't correct, you've to balance on the ledge and if you have 50 thieving you can picklock the two gates. Otherwise you'll have to make your way across the agility obstacles which can result in a rather large loss of health. Once you make it to the end, there's a room to the right (I think..) that has a tunnel in the wall that you pass through, and then you meet the zombies.

 

I personally had to go to another guide to find my way through this as I had missed seeing the tunnel. I believe this's the same for the Underground Pass guide, too.
