But sometimes when I go, the rope disappears, and other times it doesn't. I hate to carry useless items with me if the rope is still there, and forgetting the rope is kinda frustrating. I think he's doing the Kalphite slayer task on the soldiers, in which case he would only need 1 rope. Alternatively, you could go through the Dorgesh-Kaan tunnels. But this would require a light source so it wouldn't be much better. Maybe if you were fast enough... ~It's Super Effective!
