The_dmt1234 Posted November 4, 2009 Share Posted November 4, 2009 well i got a task of 162 waterfiends and ive been there before and i can only manage to kill like 20 before i run out of food, and so i'm wondering what is the best way for me equiptment wise, i have 86 attack 99 str 71 def 60 pray 80 range,i also have 64 summoning so i cant use a bunyip so im gonna go to pc and make some spinners to help a bit, I also have 94 mage to help defend against that. what I was thinking is slayer helmfurystr caped bootsregen brace + rapid restore + void spinner and i'm wondering what weapon + shield + armour would be best, i can try to borrow some if i need as i dont liek skipping tasks. ] Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
JoeDaStudd Posted November 4, 2009 Share Posted November 4, 2009 Your using black dhide or karils with protect from range on correct? Z spear = SS > SGS > AGS/BGS/ZGS > anything. Don't bother with PC just buy them on the GE. Take a pure super set and about 5 prayer pots (you should be able to get away with protect range and 10% attack and strength without too much hassle), quick tele option and the rest monkfish (other some high healing food).Use barrows gloves if you have them (the bonus's are worth more then the 1hp per minute). You should be able to last about 30 to 40 minutes which this setup. The bunyip healing ability and swallow whole scroll helps out so much. IF you can't reach that then try using the guthan's way. Just wear guthans to heal and pray against their attacks. Idk which one as i always had a bunyip and never prayed them.
