High level herb farming

Basically, I haven't farmed in ages and I don't know what is best to farm atm (83 farming). I plan to use the herbs I farm to train herblore (currently lvl 79) so if you could take that into consideration I'd be grateful. Also, what is the average number of herbs I can expect per seed at this level? Thanks in advance.

Lantadyme would be your best exp/profit point for you.

Plant snaps in my arms patch and if your having trouble buying Lantadyme seeds use snaps then kwuarm then dwarfweed.
