urza1488
I would like to see a 99 magic spell that is quite profitable and useful.. 94 mage gives you ice barrage, 99 is tons harder.. I think that a spell that lets you superheat rune ores without coal would be useful  So, here is the suggestion: 99 mages really need a good spell. I was thinking something along the lines of duplicating yourself into 2 characters which do the same things, so that you could attack someone twice at the same time, only in multi zones. That would give mage a KO, reward us for the continual hours of alching and crazy time using. Cost: 10 souls and 10 deaths. It lasts for 5 seconds and uses up special, just lke prayer books. Suzanne_Vega
How about Ultraheat Item, lets you smelt all ores that require coal using half the regular amount of coal, or maybe 1 or 2 less depending on the ore, like: Steel - 1 iron ore, 1 coal Mithril, 1 mithril ore, 3 coal Addy, 1 Addy ore, 4-5 coal Rune, 1 Rune ore, 6-7 coal If your Smithing is less than 99, you take the higher number of coal (5 for addy, 7 for runer), if it is 99, you take the lower ( 4 for addy, 6 for rune). This would represent perfecting the art of magical refining. Suzanne Vegatokin rite wurx gud!
urza1488
Hmm.. I think it is an excellent idea-but think about this: Why do we need coal? Because we don't have enough heat to take care of it. So, if at level 99 magic, you cut it in half, and at 99 smithing you take off half, so at lvl 99 mage and 99 smithing you superheat rune ores straight into bars.. :) Is it imbalanced? it would get ppl to get 99 magic and 99 smithing more often. Barihawk
Dont have it attack twice. Call it Blink, and have it fast-teleport you between two squares and leave behind a residual image of yourself. There's a 50 percent chance that the attacker would hit the shadow, and you would not take damage. Have it last 20-30 seconds. My heart is broken by the terrible loss I have sustained in my old friends and companions and my poor soldiers. Believe me, nothing except a battle lost can be half so melancholy as a battle won. -Sir Arthur Wellesley
